Established in 1992, Cpl has evolved into a transformational talent solutions organisation, providing services across the full talent spectrum. Over the past 30 years, Cpl has grown to encompass numerous specialist teams and brands. In 2021, Cpl was acquired by OUTSOURCING Inc, a Tokyo-headquartered publicly listed organisation, significantly broadening Cpl's delivery capabilities. From recruitment and flexible workforce solutions to advisory, business, and service outsourcing, Cpl collaborates with many of the world's most respected organisations.
